This was my first time at Royal Hyundai of Oneonta the people were very pleasant they were helpful and more importantly weren't annoyed with me when I forgot something in my car after giving it up to have it serviced. They let me get back into my car to get my headset without making me feel like I was being a pain. They also were very timely and getting my car in and we're finished before the expected time. Very happy with the service and the people and I have already recommended them to another friend who has a Hyundai.
